We are a family focused travel agency based in South West London, founded on the principle of service. With our expertise, knowledge and attention to detail, we'll ensure your family travel arrangements from the UK will be enjoyable and memorable. We are pleased to be celebrating our 12th year of trading.
When it comes to booking your travel arrangements, we firmly believe in speaking with you about your ideas. The internet has it benefits and is useful to obtain information but given the sums of money involved in purchasing a holiday, we want to make sure you get your choice right. There are always questions that need answering, so we think it is helpful to have human contact.
At travelmatters we deal daily with family holiday requests from family safaris, child friendly soft adventure and short family breaks - we are well versed in the options. We have an extensive network to search through.
Let us hear your ideas and we'll take the bother out of booking your travel arrangements.

Travel Matters up for top industry award
The TTG Travel Awards are regarded as a universal benchmark of quality within the travel industry. We're tremendously proud to have been shortlisted alongside such other strong entrants.
Judges for the awards include experts from leading travel companies and trade bodies such as Thomas Cook, Sandals and the Institute of Travel and Tourism, as well as leading figures from the worlds of commerce and retail.
This year's winners will be announced at a spectacular ceremony at London's Grosvenor House Hotel on September 23.
Our charity partner
We are pleased to support TravelPledge. More and more of you return from your holidays and want to give back to the country you have been to. This is a great way of being able to ensure funds go directly to the communities you have visited. Click through to check out the projects we are supporting:
United Kingdom - A holiday for others
South Africa, Klipgat - Bicycle maintenance, community owned bicycle shop
Zona Maya, Mexico - Bee Conservation
As part of our commitment to the destinations we promote, Travel Matters has teamed up with TravelPledge, rather than set up our own charity or give back scheme.
Many of our customers want to give and TravelPledge enables you to put something back into the places you visit - contributing to making better places for people to live in and visit.
TravelPledge, in partnership with the travel industry, identifies, defines and screens a wide range of social and environmental projects both overseas and in the UK. It then promotes and facilitates online donations in partnership with the travel industry, allowing tourists to donate to trusted projects thatwill appeal to their own motivations and holiday destinations.
TravelPledge is run independently from Travel Matters - no member of our staff is employed by the chairty. We do however make a yearly corporate donation that goes towards the running costs of TravelPledge the charity - this ensures that TravelPledge retains none of your donation meaning more gets to your chosen project.
Education through travel
We are delighted to be using our local schools as a platform to promote education through travel. Each person booking a holiday with Travel Matters receives £10 per person back to the school PTA funds. If your school has not yet registered with us, do contact us and start reaping the financial benefits for your school.
Here are a few images of our first "Make travel matter" talk. Here are some year 2 students from Macaulay Primary School completing their worksheets after having listened so attentively.
"Thank you so much for the visit the children really enjoyed it and got a lot from it. They really enjoyed the opportunity to ask you questions and loved the worksheet. I hope we can do it again".
Jane Richmond, Macaulay Primary School
Caring for our planet
We recognize that clients question the amount of travel they undertake for business and leisure purposes and our Make Travel Matter campaign is all about encouraging people to think more about the enviromental and social effects of their travel arrangements. As well as thinking about their impact on the planet when they travel, we want to help our customers change their lifestyles at home too - thanking them with Green Rewards is a great way of doing this and is a really positive step in looking after our wonderful planet.
