Istron Villas, Istron, Crete, Greece

Istron Villas, Istron, Crete, GreeceOn the hillside overlooking an idyllic bay on the north-eastern coast of Crete, just 100m from the beach are the Istron Villas: Dimitri, Pan-Pan, Marianna and the Tower. Completed just three years ago, they offer accommodation of an extremely high standard, with very comfortable and stylish fittings and furnishings. Despite neighbouring each other, each villa is positioned higher than the next, with fences and shades having been carefully designed and there is sound insulation between neighbouring surfaces.

A stay at the Istron Villas has all the benefits of a stay in a hotel yet guests get the run of their own villa with pool. There is cleaning six days a week and linen changed three times a week, plus pool cleaning is on a daily basis. A technician is available for at least 8 hours daily, and there is an emergency service. Beach towels are complimentary and a bottle of wine and bowl of fresh or dried fruit will welcome you on arrival.

Guests staying at the Istron Villas can either enjoy complete independence or can make use of the nearby deluxe hotel’s facilities which include: breakfast, room service or catering, lunch or dinner at one of the four restaurants of the hotel, chef service, butler service, half board, a diving course, sea sports and tennis. A firm favourite with our clients looking for a child friendly resort.

Reviews

"The Villas are really stunning and ours (Villa 2) was the best for young children, as the pool was up some steps to the side rather than directly outside the patio doors (as in all the other villas) - so no worries about them wandering out straight into the pool! It really was the best of all worlds, as we ate at the hotel every couple of days and used the beach all the time (quite rocky in the water, but nice sand and lovely for swimming). Children are definetly welcomed and catered for but the kids club is pretty non-existent and you feel that honeymooning couples would be just as at home as families. I think the combination of the incredible accommodation, the beach, pool and all the ancient sites/ ruins around Crete would make for a brilliant varied holiday."
